INFORMATION CONCERNING SPECTATORS
Doors are closed 10 minutes before the start of the performance. It is recommended to take one’s seat at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the performance. Access to the theatre and/or to numbered seats is not guaranteed after the performance has started. No refunds are made. The Roman theatre is a historic monument and is provided with no modern equipment for access to the seats. As concerns surtitling, when provided, surtitles become difficult to read from seats of the third category. Any person entering the Roman theatre is requested to carry a ticket, irrespective of age. On initial entry into the Roman theatre tickets must be complete with their control coupon (except for performances that have been postponed). Tickets must be held readily available for any security controls. Any persons exiting the theatre are not admitted again. Once delivered, tickets are neither taken back, nor refunded, nor exchanged (legal reselling site: www.zepass.com).
RULES APPLYING INSIDE THE ROMAN THEATRE
Cameras, camcorders and other recording devices are strictly forbidden. Mobile phones shall be switched off for the entire duration of the performance. Smoking and eating are forbidden within the Roman theatre. Animals are not admitted within the Roman theatre. Any persons not abiding by the above rules are liable to be prevented from entering the Roman theatre or to be expelled. Tickets shall not be refunded.
INFORMATION CONCERNING PERFORMANCES
In case of bad weather or of unforeseeable circumstances, any performances that have not started or that have to be interrupted before the end of the first part of the performance shall be postponed to the following day, tickets remaining valid without formalities. Any postponed performances that are prevented from starting or that have to be interrupted anew before the end of the first part of the performance due to bad weather or to unforeseeable circumstances shall be refunded. Tickets are not refunded beyond the end of the first part of the performance. Tickets are not refunded to spectators who are not able to attend postponed performances.
Performances Without Postponement
Tickets for any performances that are prevented from starting or that are interrupted before the end of the first part of the performance due to bad weather or to unforeseeable circumstances are refunded. Tickets are not refunded after the end of the first part of the performance.
The cast of the performances is not binding. Tickets shall not be refunded following any changes in the cast.
