Any person entering the Roman Theatre shall carry a ticket, irrespective of age. Tickets may take several shapes: - MATERIALISED TICKETS: Such tickets are printed in two parts and carry a bar code. Tickets shall be presented together with their control coupon at the entrance to the Roman Theatre (except in cases where performances are postponed). In case of lost or stolen tickets, requests for duplicates are possible only at the ticket office of the Chorégies d’Orange on the date of the performance on production of clients’ identity cards. - E-TICKETS: E-tickets take the shape of either a mobile ticket (M-ticket) that you download to your smartphone, or of an electronic file in PDF format displaying a bar code. Clients shall prior to choosing e-tickets ensure that they have available equipment allowing them to print the downloaded PDF file, which shall be printed on blank A4-size paper on both sides. Tickets shall be printed entirely and correctly to allow easy reading of the data relevant to the purchase (number, title, date, price, venue and bar code for control). Ill-printed or damaged tickets shall not be accepted. Entering several times using the same ticket is impossible. The first person appearing at the controls with the e-ticket shall be deemed the legitimate holder of the ticket and shall be the only person admitted to attend the performance.
